HOW MANY STARS DOES THE NOLOGO HOTEL HAVE?

The Nologo Hotel is a 2 star hotel but all our services offer the quality of a 3 star hotel.

ARE ALL ROOMS FURNISHED WITH A PRIVATE BATH?

Yes they are.

ARE ALL ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING?

Heating is turned on October-April. Air conditioning functions from June-September.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in begins at 15:00 (3pm). Check-out is at 10.00am. If you wish, on the day of your check-out, you may leave your baggage, in safekeeping with us at the front desk, and make your final visit in Genova—in total tranquility.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

VISA and MASTERCARD.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION TERMS?

If you modify or cancel a booking, it must be done by 14:00 (2pm) the day before your arrival. No penalty charge will be levied.

If you do not advise us, a penalty charge corresponding to the entire cost of the stay you booked, will be charged.

Special offers and rates are provided with diverse cancellation terms. Please verify these terms during the online booking process.

IS THERE WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION?

Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet connection is available throughout the hotel's premises.

DO YOU OFFER BREAKFAST?

If you have not paid for breakfast when you booked online, breakfast is available upon request at a cost of €4.50 per person. Guests are offered American coffee, tea, cappuccino or espresso + orange juice and two dishes from among the following:

  • Bread with cheese, ham, jam or Nutella
  • Yogurt with jam, cereals or fruit
  • Bread, ham and cheese
  • Apple or 1 orange
  • Brioche with jam or nutella

We have a special cereal, Schär, for those on a gluten-free diet.

Breakfast is served. It is not buffet styled. We do this to reduce waste and to offer breakfast at a decent price.

WHY ARE YOUR BEDS Á LA TIROLESE?

Beds are prepared with inferior elastic sheets and anti-allergic eiderdown encased in a comfortable sheet bag. This is a practical solution that speeds up the time needed to set up the room for our next guests.

It also allows us to provide you with an inferior rate comparable to those hotels offering you features similar to our own.

IS HOTEL PARKING AVAILABLE? GARAGE?

Our guests can avail themselves of the one or the other. Your vehicle may be left in the hotel's parking area, or in the garage adjacent to the hotel. Both are fee-paying.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED?

In order to keep all our spaces pleasant, we do not offer rooms for smokers

DOES THE NOLOGO HOTEL WELCOME DISABLED INDIVIDUALS?

Unfortunately, the structure of our hotel is not adapted to correctly host disabled individuals.

ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?

We are really sorry but we are not able to accept animals, not even small ones.
